There’s no shortage of challenges facing universities looking to strengthen or maintain their Title IX compliance.

Whether it’s investigating sexual assault reports, establishing disciplinary procedures to respond to those reports or just ensuring your students are aware of all the resources on your campus, administrators need to make a concerted, documented effort to adhere to stringent federal guidelines.
