Every day people are working to improve the safety of school and hospital campuses.
Sometimes that work may seem relatively minor and sometimes it may attract national headlines, but it always comes from a commitment to protect a campus community.
In an attempt to recognize some of the people making a difference, CS began honoring the men, women and children involved in those campus safety efforts.
We’ve found incredible stories of people saving lives and making long term impacts in addition to receiving submissions about people doing amazing work all over the country.
It’s been fun learning about these people and a privilege to share those stories with the world.
Today we’re recapping some of the heroes we honored in 2016 in hopes of reliving some of their incredible stories.
