TapeSwitch Corp. Panic Alarm Signaling System

To help schools and hospitals better manage a crisis situation, Tapeswitch Corp. of Farmingdale, N.Y., releases the panic alarm signaling system (PASS) for emergency response.

Available in two options — with or without built-in LEDs — the PASS system offers millions of actuations at any point by pressing the pressure sensitive strip, according to the company. The system, which integrates with existing alarms, connects via a rapid response controller. It comes equipped with closed end caps for embedded cable installations and trunking end caps.
